Refund Policy for Booked Courses 

 1. Cooling-Off Period: Participants have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of booking to cancel their enrollment and request a full refund. This does not apply if the booking is made less than 14 days before the course start date. 

 2. Cancellation After Cooling-Off Period: After the 14-day cooling-off period, the course fee becomes non-refundable. Participants are encouraged to be certain of their availability and commitment before booking a course. 

 3. Course Cancellation by Provider: If the course is canceled by the provider for any reason, participants will be notified immediately and will receive a full refund of the fees paid, with no processing fee deducted. 

 4. Non-Attendance: Non-attendance without prior notification will be considered a forfeiture of the course fee, and no refund will be issued.

 5. Substitution Policy: Participants may substitute another person to attend in their place up to 24 hours before the course start date, at no extra cost. Notification of substitution must be made in writing and include the full details of the substitute participant. 

 6. Force Majeure: In cases of force majeure, where events beyond the control of either party (such as natural disasters, pandemics, etc.) prevent the course from being provided or attended, participants will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a voucher for future courses. 

 7. Refund Processing: Refunds approved during the cooling-off period will be processed within 14 working days. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction. 

 8. Policy Amendments: The provider reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on the website.
